Cheers dude. I went to Target Carlingford this morning (a minor detour while on the way to drop off my daughter at Sat. school) and managed to get the Deluxes. Although my Slug has a dodgy arm, so I might call Blacktown Target first and see if they have the toy -- save me the drive to Carlo to get a replacement.

Seen t4 transformers in big w and kmart just crappy smash and transform ones tho and some punch ones also got pics but on my phone can't seem to post here.

I called Blacktown Target this morning and they said that they didn't have any new AoE stuff in. I went to Carlo Target to exchange Slug -- the only non-kiddie AoE toy (other than FE Leader OP) was 1 lone Deluxe Crosshairs. The others had all sold out!

And to save anyone the effort, I also checked out Chatswood Target and they have nothing new. Although Chatswood Target still has Platinum Edition Ultra Magni shelfwarming there, and their TRU have Generations Metroplex and even a FoC Starscream! (all full price)

Target in Wetherill park got in One step changers, Flip and Change and some Deluxes. They had 2 Bees and a Crosshairs left, I picked up the only Scorn and there was no Slug when I got there. Crosshairs looked sweet but I think I'll stick with the Takara one.

Yeah, I'd expect the TakaraTOMY version of Crosshairs to be a notable improvement over the Hasbro one. The mould has some nice elements which desperately need some additional paint apps to highlight them, but most importantly is that the toy is a mix of a lot of transparent and non-transparent plastic... and Hasbro is notoriously BAD and matching colours between those two kinds of plastic (e.g. Universe Sunstreaker, Animated Deluxe Bumblebee etc.), whereas TakaraTOMY tend to do a better job (e.g. Henkei Sunstreaker).

Saw Bumblebee today along with Crosshairs & a few of those Power Punch figures
I can see how a quick glance & recycling of the front card art would make you look twice just to be sure
As for the figures, they weren't anything special & i thought that they looked smaller than their DoTM counterparts. Seems like Hasbro/TT are trimming the fat from the packaging right through to the figures & accessories again

Was at target at marketplace, Leichhardt. Saw 4 of the deluxes, Scorn, Slug, Bee and Crosshairs and along with lots of the 1 step changers (grimlock, optimus prime, drift), power punch attack figures (strafe, bumblebee, hound, crosshairs) and the bigger simpler Grimlock and Optimus Prime figure. Deluxes were scarce. I picked all 4 deluxes ($30 each), and now there is only a single crosshair and bumblebee left. Regreted on bumblebee as he is small and feels cheap with the light plastic and simpler paint. Vehicle mode is good though. Will leave him that way. Crosshairs is good in size and i can display him with other deluxe and voyager figures. Scorn and slug is small as well for deluxe, but i love Scorn alot. I will leave them in their dino mode and display them with my cyberverse/legends collections. Hunting for my main aim, Voyager evasion prime now. Will get voyager grimlock just to complete the dinobots cast.

I went to Marketplace at 7 this evening and there was just a lone Crosshairs, which I purchased.

I passed through North Rocks KMart on the way home however, and they had the whole range of figures, including the Generations Deluxe (3 of each) and Voyagers (4 of each), single step, power battlers, and simplified voyagers (lots).

Deluxes were $29 each and Voyagers were $49.
