I've played the first few levels. I find it enjoyable. Not as good as WFC/FoC but lots better then Dark of the Moon. I really enjoyed Sideswipes level.

It just occurred to me. I'm playing the PS3 version. I have no idea if there's any crossplay with the PS4 version.

Don't pay any more than $44 for this!.....trust me.

Yeah I got it from Big W on the sale for $58. If I had paid anymore than that, say full price, I would have taken it back.
I am really disappointed in the visual graphics, the voice acting and the sound mixing.

You need to expect this sort of thing. For games that are made for movies. They're a rush with horrid deadlines.

Aside for story/canon stuff, is the game any good? How would it compare to the movie games for console, and the WFC/FOC games?

I heard it's rubbish. Mostly a tie in movie game disguised as WFC/FOC.

IGN gave it a 4.5. Fall of Cybertron received a 8.5 so it's not as if they are against TF games.

Another casualty of the movie year.

For those that really want it, wait a couple of months and it will be in the $10 bin with all the other movie games.

I may have mentioned it before but you can't shake the feeling they cannibalized WFC/FoC to inject legitimacy into a movie game. Edge of Reality cloned the mechanics of the successful series but failed to graft a coherent story or make this game look as good as them.

Multiplayer is the best aspect of the game

Go to an ammo clip (light blue, if the same as FOC) and buy it.

It's been panned by everyone. It's just a vehicle to promote AOE like any other movie game, only they tried to dress it up with more fan friendly characters are concept.

I hope this gets disregarded and we get a proper followup to WFC & FOC.
