I like to think the transformers brand is doing well enough that they don't need to be looking for repaints in every mold.

Heh, it's great to see colour photos of parts of the transformation after hours of staring at the instructions' illustrations. Anyway, for anyone who might care, here are images from the instruction booklet pertaining to the pics above. The third image shows a few more steps beyond what's seen in the photo, so anyone avoiding transformation spoilers may want to avoid scrolling beyond the second image.

No, you need to be considerate of others and let people know that the link includes spoilers and not just post something in plain view that could be considered a spoiler. At least Gok was nice enough to say spoilers ahead, the least you could do is follow his example.

Looks like a very simple transformation, nothing so far seems to scream out to me "wow that's insanely complex and quite ingenious" like other Masterpiece releases. The faux wheels in robot mode are a nice touch though

And I don't mean to put words in Gok's mouth but I'm thinking Gok put spoiler warnings because of your initial rant. If it wasn't for initial rant somehow I don't think Gok would have thought to put spoiler warnings for a transformation?
