MP-29's list price (which I interpret as RRP) is around JPY 17,000. That converts to AUD $205 as per current rates. MP-10's list price is around JPY 22,000 which is around AUD $265. Just putting the numbers out there.

A number of overseas online stores offer these two items below the list price, which is fantastic.

Possibly a hinge, but looking at the gun mode and his chest, it might be using some sort of voodoo magic, used to be an image of the theoretical transformation sequence floating around but it seems I never saved it :S

I like how Megatron's stock becomes articulated as the gun emplacement. Not only does it allow the cannon to be able to aim in more directions, but it kinda makes the stand look like it can absorb recoil.

Heh, after owning MP Convoy for nearly 13 years (it'll be definitely past the 13 year mark by time MP36 comes out) I'll finally have an MP Megatron for Convoy to have that Sherman Dam duel with!

I was thinking if you asked a TT employee to defend the MSRP on Meg's they would probably say the figure + UNCLE accessories add up to a MP10 price tag, then add on the faces, chest plate and the Key to Vector Sigma and you get the MP36 MSRP.

Oh and Gok, I hate to break it to you, but that 13 year old Convoy ain't gonna scale well with MP36.

Where did you get that RRP for MP10 from? Because according to official MP site MP10's RRP was 23100JPY ($285).

Oh and Gok, I hate to break it to you, but that 13 year old Convoy ain't gonna scale well with MP36.

Eh, scale doesn't bother me that much (hence why I don't care about getting the Walgreen Brainstorm, my Voyager is fine ). Although I do have MP10 as well (t'was a freebie from Hasbro since I did the adaptslation for the booklet ).
