I went into my local Kmart looking to buy an Xbox gift card with some Fly-buys Dollars I had saved up. I noticed something kinda concerning and confusing, they have no physical video games at all.

Kmart's been trying to trying to cut down on the number of SKUs (individual products) for years, and just sell a larger quantity of fewer items, so I'm not surprised this process has finally moved into the entertainment division

ok so a few people are having fun with their N64...I pulled mine out of the garage a little while ago and tried to connect it to our modern tv with no success. I don't know if it is something wrong with the unit, or the cables, or what. I read about gettin it going with the RF and tuning it to something or using the red white and yellow ones. The unit lights up but there is nothing on the screen or any sound. Any tips or where to start?

How is everyone else using their N64 on a modern tv?

I had to buy third party RCI cable as the internal wiring in my original set had more or less disintegrated.

You can also get RCI to HDMI converters fairly cheap off ebay/jaycar if you don't have the inputs on your tv.

If you're willing to wait for them to ship from China, yes they are.

I had a mate who ordered two sets of new cables to no success, turned out it was something to do with the pin connectors in the 64 unit itself, so I suppose it is hit and miss as to what goes wrong in the older machines.
