I asked PC/Scott about it... and he said that he wasn't aware of ANY orders for MP-36 being cancelled except for one customer that requested it.

Just between you and I, what's your secret?
How'd you manage to get through to Scott and get a reply so fast, when guys both here and abroad are a month behind?
I'm thinking it's part of the perks of being a staunchly public PC advocate. I could be wrong of course...

There's no secret, I just keep my personal questions/orders separate from more generic questions about the operational side of things. I contact him directly, not via PC.

I don't, for example, say "Hey [name], where's my XXXXX?"

I do send those requests, but I send them to customer service, and I wait for reply (or no reply) just like everyone else is.

Just found TR Voyager Prime instore and grabbed him.

I've emailed again, asking for a refund on the TR Blaster (from over a year ago lol) and my only other 2 orders (Sixshot and TR Voy Prime)... I know it's against their terms but ACCC/NSW/QLD Fair Trading all have mechanisms for dealing with non-delivery.

I'd be happy to wait but I have now 0 faith I'm actually going to get the items I ordered, so at that point I'm not happy for them to have my $$$ but no toys for me.

Let's see how this goes...

Maybe his answering team forward ones to him they can't answer or aren't certain kinds of requests or there are mail rules.

so from the most recent order update they were supposed to receive MP-36 shipment by the end of this week. which is pretty much right now. i've been keeping a keen eye on my emails today but nothing haha.

They really riding on thin ice, in honesty. I actually prefer not knowing the updates and just get items at this stage. My friends who were told about inferno or Thrust are surely let down by the given information they gave.
