sad to say it, but this blokes customizing career is over
the gun is of a poor quality (not smooth, has burs from the mould, clear handle isnt even at 90deg to the gun itself...) and the same with the missiles (theyre not actually in straight..)
looks alright from a far, so i wont get too close :P

hoping for some more aquis soon, to make my month even bigger
Man, that sucks to hear that even the gun and the missles are rubbish.

Zippo, i already mentioned in the thread that the parts manufactured were out of porportion and items are not cut properly nor PASS any safety standards (too many sharp edges)

    BAM!

Thanks to Wiigii for the powermaster. Man I cant get enough of them!!

Generations book is awesome! Great shots of MP Grimlock and Alternity Convoy, comparing him with the real car! A good look at Disney label, although its a lot smaller than I expected. HEAPS of variations of g1 Convoy listed. Bad news for those Convoy completeists (Kyle, better not look).

They have a bit on Henkei up to Cyclonus and as a suprise I though, have a pic of the universe version in vehicle mode. Probably to make the Japanese feel good aout themselves. Lets just say that Sideswipe and Sunstreaker of the Universe flavour don't come out too well...

At the back it has some very cool concept sketches from the diaclone days. They were quite nice looking, but perhaps a little ambitious. Interesting to see the ideas for Magnus forming, with a motorbike combiner set.

Has some non-japanese catalogue scans. I was suprised to see that New Zealand seemed to have its own type!!! Compared to Australia that got the others. Wierd.

SO looking forward the rest of the books now!

Interestingly enough, he is based on the G2 Inferno (not sure if everyone knew this already, maybe I am just slow ) given the "water" cannon he has rather than a ladder. I have the day off so I will open him today and post some brief impressions.

In the meantime, I literally squealed when I saw him in the shop, thinking I would have to import this guy! My secretary who was with me after we went to Court together got a whole new perspective on me I guess... Leo Prime took some convincing, but his bio made it worth it. Overload, on the other hand, makes that 2 (or 3?) versions of Cyb Defence Scattershot in the Universe line so I left him behind.

Too bad you aren't a Penrith Panthers fan, the Leobreaker/Nemesis Breaker toy's sound byte is the exact some "big cat howl" as they use at the Panthers home games.

I bought Universe Hound & Ravage and Movie Incinerator last night from K-Mart. Great to see new stuff on the shelves at last.
