The original ETA was September. In the latest Order updates post it states that the first lots are due in on the 25th of October. This is my last item I ordered from PC and have started my "asking for ETA" email with I follow up with the "cancel my order and requesting a refund" email in a couple of weeks to add as evidence for my chargeback which I should have lodged by the end of the month.

Well I've been convinced to wait no longer and have sent an email to PC requesting a refund on my order ASAP and a response by this Friday. I'm not expecting anything, but at least I can go down the charge back process with my bank.

Thanks everyone. It's such a shame that there's a few dodgy operators out there. PC had so much potential, but they've really shot themselves in the foot.

PC is once again offering "buy now, pay later" via Oxipay. Trouble is, I doubt the "later" will be as late as they ship.

I wounder if these guys will be as generous as ZipPay and give you your money back if you never receive your orders.

Oxipay now live, PC offering 30% off this weekend to celebrate. Once again I can't see how 30% off their already-rock-bottom prices (at least for Hot Toys) is sustainable.

From the Oxipay website:

Who do I contact about refunds?
You will need to contact the retailer who will handle refunds in accordance with their policy. If a refund is required in accordance with the retailerís policy or by law, and we are told by the retailer to do so, weíll refund what youíve paid us and cancel any future payments. If you have problems with a retailer about a refund or anything else contact us via our support page or call us on 1800 895 791. Weíre here to help you.

Not too late to join up people!
A big thanks to those who have supplied me with the information I need for them for the claim. I have just sent another group email. If you have given me your email address and not received the email I just sent then please let me know.

I am finalising a demand letter so it is not too late yet if you still want to join. Wednesday this week is the cut off so send me your email address and I will give you the details.
