So, if I buy an item on eBay AU that's located in the USA but does ship to AU, but choose to ship it to somewhere in the USA and play with my aussie paypal I should be golden?

    You've gotta squeeze... every... penny!

How did people find it last time? When do you put in the code? Are there any restrictions? Got my eye on something this time overseas.

Put the code in when you pay with PayPal.
Ensure that the payment is made prior to the offer's end time.
I made a mistake the last time and won all the auctions during the right time but paid for them a couple of minutes past the offer's end time.
Had to pay full price for that... thankfully it wasn't a lot.
