    Did you preorder it? If you put your hand up for one before he picked them up, the postage was free. All you gotta do is email him your address.

    Posted them out today to everyone who has paid or has the money in transit to arrive in the next day or two.
    Postage ended up being $1.80, while envelopes were 16c each... making it just about exact to the estimated $2 (for those not pre-ordering).

    Cost per Calendar before postage - $8.50 ($200 photography + $1400 printing + $100 peripheral expenses = $1700 / 200)
    Cost per Calendar after domestic postage - $10.50

    It managed to just get under the price range I was aiming for ($10), which means I have to sell 184 of the 200 to break even. But it's all a learning experience for next time.
