    Default poor man's Tarn

Buy a $15 Blitzwing from Big W, put a $10 titan master on, a bit of paint and a junker G1 Brawl cannon and voila!
I de-planed the base figure - removed the wings, rear stabilisers (I left the posts in to secure tank mode) and the jet nose, leaving a space for the titan master to chill in.
    His secondary guns are toothpicks!

Because I've turned the mold around, he's now a jet-powered tank!

There are some good creations on Shapeways, but shipping is a killer so I'll build up a wish list before shopping there.

Thats pretty tarn good without further cutting and modding. I really like that head, you could trim the cheek-intakes or paint them black with a purple grill (but im guessing the head is on your sw wishlist).

Wouldn't be out of place to put a Shockwave head on that creation. I mean it's not like I'm showing favouritism or anything.

There's nothing poor about that custom at all, Snaketales.

I like it, couldn't think of a better mould to repurpose either.

Not so poor now after some Shapeways' purchases.
The early morning light was really unforgiving. It doesn't look as grainy in real life

Excellent re-use of an OK mould.

He looked great before and is even better now. Definitely not for the 'poor man'!

I've seen a few of these done up as Tarn. I love yours!

All it needs now is a big F-off double cannon.
