Probably too good a price honestly. I'm assuming you're buying off gumtree or a facebook sales group?

PSA: If a price seems too good to be true it very well may be, so don't pay a stranger online via direct bank deposit or paypal friends & family for anything.
Good example: A mate of mine just paid $100 the other day for 5 PS4 games that would normally cost at least twice that so here he is thinking he got a good deal. Suffice to say we found out the seller was a scammer, but because they convinced him to pay via paypal friends & family he's probably lost that $100

Yeah sounds too good to be true, do your due diligence.

I am still trying to play through the Uncharted games, I even bought the Nathan Drake Collection in the last big PSN sale. For whatever reason I still don't like the gameplay, but the story is great. Maybe I should just goto YouTube and look for a video of the story elements of all the games.

You would think critics darlings would be impossible to dislike, I feel weird for not liking them.

I have issue with the first Uncharted game. It is the same type of flaw that you see in the whole series but for me it is more jarring in the first - You discover some temple that no one has ever set foot inside yet it is full of mercenary thugs?

I played all three, I enjoyed them but they are rather flawed in certain ways like the above which seems to repeat a lot and the one below. Presently I am playing Golden Abyss on the Vita. Seems like more of the same but once again, you discover some ancient temple and enter a door that hasn't been opened for hundreds of years yet the place happens to be full of generic thugs to shoot. This repeats several times per game.

I would be in total agreement with you - Good story, good characters but mediocre gameplay and cheaply set up shoot em up sequences. What keeps the game from being too frustrating is that the gameplay is simple and not taxing or boring to get through to the next story bit but gameplay is very formulaic.

    SPOILERS!!!

Another one is that by the end of the games, it become a bizzare and badly executed Zombie survival rush game?

Uncharted 2 seems to be the best one of the original trilogy. I am yet to play the 4th.

First Uncharted was definitely the weakest of the series (bullet sponge enemies the most obvious) but subsequent games learned from that. I agree Uncharted 2 is the best. Number 4 is also a lot of fun, possibly my second favourite. Lost Legacy is on my "to do" pile.

If Nintendo are serious about increasing production significantly on the SNES I might grab one when I see it on a shelf.

With the new Mario odyssey info coming out, the switch is starting to get a good range of games that are more than just the newest iterations of long benign and regular series. Breath of the wild, mk8 deluxe, splatoon, Mario and rabbids, odyssey, throw in xenoverse, monster hunter and the variety of cross platform sports games and it's looking far healthier than the wiiu every really did if you exclude mariokart and smash brothers...

Yes all three games followed the same formula. Number 4 differs though with no ancient beings of doom getting in the way. More of a solid story. I didnt like the controls, felt clunky but improved throughout the series.
