The Brothers Brick, via EW, have shown off pics for the official Lego Ghostbusters Firehouse set.



$349.99USD, which in Lego's mind, translates to around $600AUD.

looks great, but not at that price. Just like the heli-carrier it will forever be a "lovely to think about, but never purchase kind of set"!

Minifigures will fetch a bounty as well.

Wonder if it scales with the existing LEGO modular buildings line.

LEGO have kind of shot themselves in the foot by releasing a more expensive but less impressively sized fire station than what they already have in set 10197 Fire Brigade. We're yet to see the internals, perhaps the gimmicks/screen accuracy will justify the price tag? (although I note the building has no basement so its not off to a great start)

I know what you mean, it's a very attractive model. I never go for these big sets, but it's very enticing.
