They're tough to come by as stores don't get many in and even when they got a heap of Starkiller Kylo Ren and Emperor's Wrath Darth Vader, they sold out pretty steadily.
I expect that much like higher end retail figures like Marvel Legends, we won't see many waves here, so relying on Australian retail is gonna be very hit and miss. Your best bet is going online.

As of Sunday, Highpoint Myer still had all those Black Series figures (although only one type of stormtrooper - the flametrooper).
I grabbed a Han Solo which the one in the CBD did no have.
Target at Highpoint also had quite a few of the Riot Control Stormtrooper / Poe Dameron 2 pack.
