Sorry it's taken a while to get back to you; I wanted to have a chance to take more pics before replying

The base figure - the Aestivalis mech - has metal legs and hips, otherwise it's all plastic. The armour is all plastic.

In addition to the base Aestivalis and the armoured Black Sarena, it has a third mode - the fighter-esque 'high-mobility mode' which has a vaguely 'organic' design for the nose:

The Aestivalis isn't very big, though:

Still, I'd say it's not a bad figure; it's 'just' overpriced on eBay due to its rarity. I was lucky to get it at a good price, so yes, I intend to take very good care of it

I havent really had time to actually take new photos with my SLR been using the IPad for a while its so handy and convenient. i know this is just photography of toys but i want to challenge everyone to make a story out of your shots without any captions or used of any dialog and let the shot tell the story by makig the audience think? it can be drama, comedy, action. everyone is still welcome to take a shot of photos of there toys but lets raise the level a little bit. what do you guys think?
probably need to add some dialog to make the story stand out....

Your classics display looks great ispayks. Great job. What is that Arcee figure? Looks great. It's classics displays like yours with preferenced figures that really make others like myself strive to collect. Good job.

Also, @deceptic Great photos, I've seen a lot of yours with great effects, lighting and other techinques. Really like the black backdrop on some too. Fantastic!
