I thought i'd share some photos of a 1/6 figure i created. Inspired by Ashley woods World war robot Grunts and the Commanders, I created this guy i've nicknamed Sgt Frosty (snow camo and all) It would've been cheaper to buy one of teh WWR figures, but i like him a lot =]

I like this one a lot even though the light kinda covers his torso a bit, it kinda remind me of someone photoing after a gun fight with smoke and haze.

I'd love to hear some feedback =]

Dkaris, I love that 3rd photo with the smoke effect. Looks like a real person dressed up. Nice lighting effects too!

Those Stunticons look fantastic mate, well done with Wildrider, the "sad" photo does look pretty damn cool.

@VP: Holy S*** dude! - I'm damn loving those Mindwipe pics man, they're friggin' awesome!
@Accel: Those are some excellent shots of yet another of those Camera caressing Bugmen! - More I say, More!
@Deceptic: I like your suggestion quite a bit dude, a creative pic a day? - I'll have to see if I can come up with something.
@Loopy: Deadend = Awesomesauce, as does Exgraver and the Stunticons!
@Dkaris: Man, that smoke effect looks absolutely perfect man!, well done as that is an excellent photo!

Result of some boredom... first attempt at photographing toys.

It's a father and son kind of moment

I'm not very good at posing my toys, and my voyager Ironhide just likes to fall over all the time.

    And a bonus, the Stig.

I don't use a light tent/box - my basic setup is pretty straight forward.

A black towel placed on a table top and one behind the subject - object is illuminated by normal fluorescent household lighting.

The rest is careful tweaking and experimentation with camera settings (aperture, shutter speed, etc).

Thanks dude - have now invested in a tripod, so there will be more to come.

Beautiful pics there Jena - the Ironhide ones would look sensational if they were put into some dynamic action poses.
