Default Legs "stuck" on MP SG Prime

I recently got an MP SG Prime and cannot for the life of me get the legs to slide in. The button behind the knees goes in, but the lower legs won't slide up. Has anyone else hit this? Any hints?

    Thanks.

Have you tried using a tool (screwdriver or the like) to push the buttons in a bit further? I think I had that problem on my MP-10 when I first got it.

Just tried that at your suggestion. No luck. The buttons don't seem to go in any further.

I just tried my MP prime, all I can suggest that might be a problem is if you don't have the leg perfectly alligned it will catch on the side not allowing the sliding mechanism to work.

I usually have issues with this part of the transformation and it alwys turns out to be correct alignment and extra force.

Thanks all. Turns out it was an issue with alignment and not putting quite enough pressure on the leg. *ahem*

It can be a slight pain. I noticed that whilst playing with my Nemesis Convoy the other day
