And got one from anime export for under 22,000jpy and was sold out after I check again. This is ridiculous, bandai doesn't realise how much they are loosing out.

I didn't miss Gundam but I am pissed off with bandai screwing their fans over a pre order. I mean seriously if I were to try and pre order both Macross and Gundam you going to be screwed real bad.
I basically saw Macross sold out in 3 seconds and metal build couldn't add to my cart. Even hlj with 1 per customer limit didn't help.
I don't get it, is a pre order, why can't they make to order?

Yeah, I agree. The Arcadia way makes for more sense and profit- give them a timeframe to lock it all in- produce X amount more than the orders that stores send in by set time and make big bucks.
Such a hassle- missed out on the Astray and I'm not even sure I've got the VF-31!

Happy to report that I was able to secure a Blue Frame.
Oh and I TOTALLY agree. Its quite ridiculous what they are doing. They really should do is a made-to-order type thing instead of this insane pre-order frenzy.

I went with HLJ but with the talk about purges I'm not sure yet till I have it in my hands. Even then it took a frustrating amount of time to get it over the line. Think the preorder madness really hammered them hard with the Astray joining in with the VF-31.
Missed out on the Blue Frame but I'll have to look around when it's closer to the date to see if I can snag one.
