If he's initiating the cancellation of the orders, isn't it his responsibility to refund?

Wait, so if you've initiated chargebacks on previous orders, then you now have to instigate new chargebacks on your subsequent orders? Firstly, the new orders have nothing to do with the previous ones, and secondly if he has no intention of filling the new orders, shouldn't he just refund them instead of getting the customer to go through that process again? He obviously doesn't give a shit about his relationship or reputation with either the customer or the bank. He obviously doesn't give a crap about his legal obligations as a retailer either. I stand by my one star rating and scathing feedback on ProductReview.

Has anyone done a chargeback and received an item from PC recently? If anyone has received one of the above mentioned emails could you post a screenshot? Seems like a lot of fear mongering without any substantial proof.

The thing is you don't know any of this information unless you get a reply from an email you send which very few people get. So i guess it is lucky that the few people who get replies share this information so that the rest of us know and aren't sitting around waiting for nothing while our days tick down to potentially do chargebacks.

Considering a lot of us have been called "liars" and "trolls" by Scott for speaking out against him, sharing the truth, helping people get refunds, and just generally trying to warn people, I'd be careful implying anyone is a "fear monger" or you'll start sounding just like him.
It's insulting considering we have nothing to gain by badmouthing him, when we're just trying to HELP the community by sharing this information.

Not my posts or pictures to share, which is why I only shared important information and linked to the group rather then posting screenshots or pasting whole posts over.
Feel free to join the group though and ask as many questions of the people that have gotten emails from him as you like.
And yeah sorry for being defensive but after being called all manner of things by that liar purely for trying to help others one gets a little on edge.

People here have been more than patient. I've ordered more than a year ago and just initiating chargeback now. There's no need for proof. Most of the ones who defended PC initially have now started chargeback or legal action against him.

The experienced have put off a few in their collecting because of PC. We can no longer source the toys at RRP and have to pay inflated prices if we want to get them elsewhere.

I just want my money back.

The TTMALL items were meant to come in earlier as previously mentioned however a mid year change of supplier had thrown many ETA's out.

instead of just giving up on getting the items, we asked the new supplier if products such as the TTMALL were still able to be sourced.

they have advise as of last week the above ETAS
