    Went into a second hand bookshop got this for $5 , condition is not mint but is still very good for the age.
    Thinking of framing it for the wall

    maybe thats from the pinkimusprime re issue from a couple of years back didn't they ship with a re issue'd version of that comic inside?

    It's got the price tag and barcode so looks like the original comic. The anniversary re-issue shouldn't have a cover price and prob has some kind of special logo on it.

    Yeah, the reissue replaces the cover price & edition with a print of Optimus & there's a 25th anniversary logo in place of the barcode.

    very nice find, would be worth putting in a frame next to the #100 in a series of 4 cover.

    Yeah framing it is a good idea. I picked up the original 4 in a comic store in England last year. I have kept them in the plastic bag/backing board and put them all in a single frame side by side and they look pretty sweet. Just the smell alone takes me back.
