I'm afraid not

Dr Mindbender (or rather his clone) was shot fatally in the back by Cobra Commander, however that was in the Devils Due comic, not the Marvel one.

So that's one option down.

Yep C was the cause of Mindbenders death Botulism, thanks muchly to being burried alive, but C nonetheless was the actual cause of his death (being burried alive certainly didn't stop Billy and Zartan). In retrospect Clone Mindbender got of easy with a bullet to the back.
