Another roundup of concept art, with a look at several of the Autobots and a couple of the Decepticons we only saw briefly on Cybertron in the Movie.

An interview with the diving jock in the Bumblebee movie mentions that he was in deleted scenes that showed his character turning his back on the mean girls who were drooling all over him. (a reversal of the 2007 movie that had Mikela turning her back on the himbos/jocks)
He also comments on how Travis Knight directed the movie. Some excerpts can be seen here, if the original article disappears.

From the head of Viacom (the company that owns Paramount), the Bumblebee Movie made them money (and is still making them money from the home media release), but The Last Knight Movie is said to have lost them money.

This doesn't mean that TF5 made a complete loss as we've seen that it did earn about twice what it cost (650mil vs about 300mil), but Viacom might just be the last investor to get paid. (based on the earnings, if they lost 100mil from TF5, there must have been some dodgy accounting being done for tax write-off purposes)

“Even in 2019 [we] had strong performance from a series of titles. Bumblebee; which was the most recent Transformers movie is a great example of Jim [Gianopulos]’s ability to reset a franchise. The last “Transformers” film we probably lost over a $100 million. Bumblebee is a better movie: the story was better, the characters were better. It was done in a more fiscally responsible way and we’re making nice money on it.”

More concept art gathered together on TFW, of some of the kitchen-bots, storyboards and Bumblebee.
