Just make sure you give them a deadline, like a week or a specific date, otherwise they could just sit on your order until you chase them up again. With the rapid rate of case assortment releases from Hasbro, retailers often only get one shot at a specific wave, and figures may only return if they are part of a future case assortment.

I've emailed them saying not to worry about holding, and to just change my order to include the ehobby sets. (it is about the same price, hopefully they'll do it, or else I'll just add the extra $5 anyway...)

Mainly because it included the RTS wave 2 set, and seeing as it is appearing in Australia now, it is kinda pointless.
Looks as though I need to get Jazz and Tracks though... So I'll be ordering the united versions this Saturday.

I normally spam them and cc in the other emails - that way I know at least someone will read them

I guess it works since someone replies within 24 hrs.

    I send to:

    info (at) robotkingdom (dot) com
    sales (at) robotkingdom (dot) com
    orders (at) robotkingdom (dot) com

"Po" <sale@robotkingdom.com> is the one I always use. It gets a better response than emailing the boss, who Po says gets my emails (for replacement of a faulty toy) but ignores them.

I have a few United toys coming too which I have yet to receive shipping notification for. Maybe things are just running a bit slow due to Chinese NY...

Just found out my Lugnut has been sitting at my local post office since the 4th...I never recieved a slip in the mailbox and was also told I should have received a second slip on the 11th...This is but one of many issues I've had with my local courier (staff contracted by Aust Post apparently), going to lodge a formal complaint this arvo
