I bought something of them last Thursday and it arrived today. I believe Xmas is like the only time of the year auspost try and actually move stuff.

they posted last Monday, and it arrived this Tuesday, that's 8 days from Melbourne to Sydney.
on top of that, I ordered some screws from a supplier in Vic. the post mark is the 4th of December and they only just arrived today. that's 8 business days across a weekend.
Auspost is struggling at the moment I feel.

My tracking number for MP Dinobot still isn't live on AusPost yet and LTC haven't replied to my enquiry...

Yeah, my Mum had a package scanned at an AP sorting centre in Brisbane last week on Wednesday. It only arrived here in Gladstone on Tuesday this week. It normally takes two days for a package to go from Brisbane to Gladstone.

Hmm maybe I’m just used to normally having to wait 2 weeks plus for stuff regardless of where in Aus it’s shipped from. So one week for me is good form in my eyes
