A TRU employee at the time mentioned a single buyer purchased all the fixtures & furnishes of that store, bar the Prime statue among other things. Sounds like that buyer was Toyworld.

Perhaps the smaller Toyworld store in the Plaza will close in due time. Yep doesn't make business sense to have 2 stores in the one plaza long term.

Was at Toyworld Northland (where TRU formerly was) and saw two different looking prime statues. How many statues do they have?

The former TRU has a TLK one that now belongs to toyworld but the previous toyworld has that "recycled" one that was supposed to be for purchase but no one touched (namely because its made of literal junk, meant for people who liked recycled art), if the stores merger we could have both statues in the same building, such a big heavy thing would be a waste of cost to move.

Yes, one looks like junk and the other has a TLK look and both are in the one store. The question is "Are there more of these TLK ones around or is this all that TRU had?"
