I agree don't have any Beast Wars figures nor interest in collecting any but credit where it's due this looks awesome and seems to look great in either mode. Not a fan of the overly pregnant Dinobot raptor but I can't fault this Megatron.

He looks purdy, and I love the size. Shame this is the only body BW Megs had that I didn't really like.

Also a shame that if they stick to scale then we'll basically never get a Dragon Megs.

He's going to be bloody expensive, definitely more than Dinobot but I need to make room for him.

The Beast Wars MP figures all look brilliant so far but I think I am lucky I don't have the same nostalgia to drive me into purchasing. Unlike the G1 figures..

I love the size and while it might be different to the cartoon it does make scale sense considering the difference sizes in the animals they turn into.
Around when MP Primal was announced we spent a bit of time over at TFW2005 making a sclae chart based on screen captures from the show. Takara have so far made all the BW MPs scale perfectly relative to one another. Check it out if you like, Megatron and Dinobot both dwarfed Primal in size.

Interesting new pictures of Megatron. I can't read Japanese but it looks like much of the dino mode stuff comes off to reveal the underlying robot.

It looks like it’s trying to emulate his briefly seen pre-beast mode robot appearance, but in doing so it shows how much shell forming is going on for the TRex body.

It comes with his toothbrush from one episode, but no rubber ducky???

I don't recognise the gun though. I don't remember Megatron ever using one, as he fires blasts from his beast hand.
