No licensing hassles and it's an iconic character.

Probably re-engineering some of the better 3P ones as we speak

Yep I've seen it on TFW, seems to be quite emphatic. All I can say is halleluja, the drought is broken. And with one of my most coveted characters no less. I never had the G1 toy so this will really fill a void if true.
