Default Official toy images of GEN Leader Thundercracker

The images are only small, because they are on one of the Hasbro sites (Canada), but gives us another look at the actual toy in and out of packaging.

Somehow the Jetfire mould done in blue does quite well for a Thundercracker homage... despite the different type of fighter jet and robot body type.

Thundercracker is wave 2, so it will probably be some time before it gets released. (Wave 1 with the two Megatrons is still yet to come out, and spacing of Leader waves can be anyone's guess)

He looks really good. I'm slightly disappointed that they abandoned the sky blue from the NYCC display's toy, but I'll still get him. My favourite character (and favourite incarnation) after all.

How can such a large toy have such a horrible looking jet mode, the proportions all look so squished that I thought I was looking at the Legends size toy.

At a full price leader price point, I'm not going near this guy.

Intresting to see Thundercracker but not Starscream, I guess it has something to do with the comics
I'll update this when I'm needing help finding particular figures

Thundercracker's had a semi-important role as a bit of an outcast. This toy is his current body. Starscream's still using the Armada version, from last I've seen.

Can't get past the fact that they're using the new Jetfire mold. Sure it's been tweaked but it just looks...wrong.

It surprisingly looks really good in both modes. But won't get this.

    Well the cockpit does open...

As for colour, remember the lighting plays a big part in how a colour is perceived, so there may not actually be much difference between the in hand showings at NYCC and in person.

it looks like there have been some significant changes to the chest.

I really want to see either F-22 or F-35 seekers. I guess I'll just keep waiting.
