A small scan of an advertisement from a Japanese Hobby magazine shows us the TF2 Legends/EZ Optimus toy done in translucent blue plastic and red flames... looks like it could be a magazine exclusive like past translucent Legion figures... which will make it difficult to track down for a reasonable price.
