    DO I do it?

I got some of the carded micromater patrols (a lot of us probably got) off ebay.

Basically the cards are pretty rough, the toys are rusty, etc... So is there any point not opening them. 95% of my collection is open and I do want to add them to my micromasters.

Lots of people will have them too...

Im also good at opening stuff... which came in handy in the late 90's when I sold all my 'MOSC' kenner starwars toys to a dealer! So it probably isnt even an issue

    Do I open them?

If the toy and card look rusty and really bad, I would open it to fix the toys and the card if possible. I would then display the toys loose and store the package somewhere.

If the cards are in good - excellent condition, I leave them packaged as I feel bad by opening a vintage carded toy that has survived packaged for 20+ years.

My Monster Trucks Patrol has been sealed since I got it ten years ago. So I say.... OPEN!

I don't see much play or display value in the toy, so I'd say don't bother, but if the packaging sucks, why not?

Micromasters are hell fun to play with!!! (even more so when you get interactive play sets like Micromaster Stations, Bases, Transports etc. and construct your own Micromaster city ) OPEN OPEN OPEN!! (^O^)

I never keep a toy sealed unless it's a double.

that's if you got all the bases, stations and transport.... looks massive as a lot

That pretty much answers your own question.
