Good grinding win by the Tigers and it looks like we might have a stable halves partner for Benji in young Sironen. PLayed very well for 25minutes he was on the field. Look very comfortable at 5/8.

Tigers may have only sealed it in the last 5 minutes, but they looked good. Cowboys looked a little flat come the end. Tamou is a beast, and Bowen is all class. Game of the round.

Knights can join the eels, panthers, and raiders in planning to not make the finals. Playing insipidly and none of the fringe players are playing well enough to force their way into the squad. Walsh would be killing in this Knights squad with kicks for McManus, Boyd and Uate, but Brian Smith forced him out years ago.

Rick Stone did an awesome job, but I don't know if Bennett can reverse all the damage done by Smith before the end of his tenure.

Manly looked bad today as well, they had no imagination, Lyon and Cherry-Evans need to look for more than Glenn Stewart onto his brother for ideas.

Tamou has really turned his career around. A couple of seasons ago he was a lazy useless s##t. He showed some amazing strength and pace today. I love listening to Gus and Rabs commentate. Such great humour... just a shame channel 9 have turned them into advertising whores

It was shown on Fuel TV (Foxtel) Friday nights. Not sure about now; cancelled my Foxtel subscription last November.

Nice. Bonus for you, having two Sharks players there as well!

Even better is that with the squad they have selected for game 2, NSW should be even better than game 1. If they play for the full 80 this time around they'll win it and send it to a must win at Suncorp.
