According to an American TV show website (zap2it), we have the titles and US airing dates of the first seven episodes, but no plot details yet.

    Ep1 - Overloaded Part 1 - Feb 20th
    Ep2 - Overloaded Part 2 - Feb 27th
    Ep3 - Metal Meltdown - March 3rd
    Ep4 - Suspended - March 19th
    Ep5 - Cover Me - March 20th
    Ep6 - Brainpower - March 26th
    Ep7 - Misdirection - March 27th

According to this list, the first episode should have aired in America last weekend, so there are probably some plot details out there somewhere for it by now.

A new 20 second trailer was posted on youtube, featuring some of the new Decepticons in the second Season.

The remaining episodes have screened in a couple of countries now, and we have episode descriptions of the remaining five episodes, from zap2it and CNUK.

    09 - "Impounded"
With Bumblebee and Strongarm stuck at an impound lot, Grimlock must find a disguise when Quillfire returns.

    10 - "Portals"
Fixit's repairs to the GroundBridge go wrong, summoning two of the most dangerous Decepticons on the planet and banishing Bumblebee to another dimension.

    11 - "Outstanding"
Slipstream and Jetstorm try to prove that they can work effectively without Drift, but accidentally endanger their teacher.

    12 - "Decepticon Island (Part 1)"
After the two teams are reunited, the Autobots get support from an old friend and discover the Decepticon island. Unexpectedly, they meet Steeljaw leading a Decepticon army.

    13 - "Decepticon Island (Part 2)"
The severely outnumbered Autobots on Decepticon Island desperately search for a way to stop Steeljaw and his army. Tensions between Bumblebee and Optimus could put the mission, and the entire world, at risk.

TFWiki already has the full episode write-ups on their site if you want to read ahead and don't care about spoilers.

There is a suggestion that there might be a TV Movie later in the year, probably like the Beast Hunters finale movie.
