    If they've sussed the joint out & had time to remove the door as opposed to smashing it, i doubt that they'll be stupid enough to start selling it off in lots at the local flea market or eBay etc

    You can often make more money by breaking up big sets into small lots for sale on ebay. There are people in the US do this all the time, except they don't have to steal, they just pick up big sets when they hit clearance prices at places like Walmart.

    Buy a $50 set with 5 minifigs, sell the minifigs for $20 each and the actual set for peanuts, happens all the time!
