Finally got an update from Amazon about this.
Expected delivery date for me is now Nov 3! ... hoping I'll see a shipped notification soon!

Some comic stores seem to have had it, Phantomzone didn't.
Too bad Amazon bought Bookdepository, the BD prices on books like this have become ridiculous, even compared to Amazon after shipping.

My bookdepository preorder is processing. $49 AUD shipped. Amazon wants $57 AUD for it shipped alone. With $50 USD RRP and a dropping dollar, BD's price is not bad.

Amazon says $32 for me too but that's a USD price. When I put it in my cart and checkout it's $38 (AUD) + $19.50 shipping.

I put my pre-order in on Amazon in December last year, when I look at my order it claims approximately $31 USD + $10 shipping, if I run their total through a currency converter it comes out to just shy of $49 AUD, shipped.
