    Oh man! I've still got those Maccas toys sitting around somewhere! I remember double-sided taping guns onto them and adding them into my Transformer battles!

    Well as I hit the big 40 today my lovely wifey went out and bought me this for my birthday.



    Oh and plus I grabbed Onslaught from Kmart, so Bruticus is done.

    80s. I definitely remember collecting these from Maccas in the 80s.
    They were never marketed as Transformers in Australia, but I once saw an advert from Hong Kong (c.1989) where they were marketed as Transformers. But I don't know if that was necessarily officially sanctioned or if HK McDonalds was just trying to unofficially ride the TF gravy train. Also, other countries got figures that we never got here, like the Big Breakfast, McNuggets and dinosaurs (incl. soft serve cone).
