yeah you can but depends on what items you want as another preorder could seriously delay the whole group package as a whole. I still have a group order from Robot Kingdom which would have been sent to us over a month ago if it wasn't for one delayed item (Device label Blaster).

I will see what RK offers but as mentioned, I am open to suggestions so if anyone knows a better choice, let me know.

Edit: Neither RK nor TFsource have them up for pre-order. It seems that at this point in time, only BBTS has it.

I am not sure, I don't think I have ever ordered from them but if people don't mind waiting for the last released item in the group to be available then that's ok.
