    Default where to buy/find thread

I'm often looking for stuff/materials that are niche or difficult to find.
    and started this thread.

I'm currently looking for the heavy non-corrugated cardboard (4mm thick maybe) for a board game idea and to try some simple modelling (could also use it in the classroom). But i cant find it anywhere.

officeworks may have it but i was hoping that i could buy it in sheets from a supplier or business that regularly uses it, or even beg their offcuts.

the card is the type on the back of large drawing pads. relatively rigid.

    ideas?

bought some at officeworks. $6 1800gsm A3 sheet. seems a bit expensive for what it is, I dunno.
see how it goes. is there a terrain building/board game thread in here?

thanks for at least reading the post : )

(shoots self in foot) this 1800 gsm stuff is rediculously cumbersome to cut, especially into 40mm hexagons (point to point through center). wish i bought some of the lighter 600,1200gsm card while i was at officeworks. dammit.

just cant get things right atm
