    I think I prefer the toons version, the comics version looks like a DC superhero reject... if they ever made a SDF type Heman toys I think it would be awesome and might look something like these.... bought on sight for me

    She's bought on sight. I love Queen Marlena's earth origin. So much so I even love the often never used concept of Evil-Lyn being her jealous co-pilot.

    Except for some strange reason her MOTUC Real name IS "Evelyn Morgan Powers" rather than something like "Lyn of Zalesia".

    It's called mediocre writing - Toyguru style.

    What kind of stupid name is that for a fantasy character? It's like count Rekkkula and other silly new names that they are coming up for the newer figures.

    That was awesome! It even had a typical 80s cartoon ending in which somebody says a lame joke and everyone laughs!

    Actually, in ToyGuru's defense (something I never usually come to!!), the name Evelyn Powers was actually Evil-Lyn's "real name" from the 80s cartoon. It's not a new name at all, but it was never known because it was only ever used in the Series Bible. It was never used on the show, but it was there all along.

    That's yet another reason why I really don't like the original cartoon and its rather lame "additions" to MOTU lore. I tend to ignore most things from Filmation's show.
