    Even if I was still Cherry Picking, Cobra Khan was going to be a must buy.

    I am really annoyed as Cobra Khan has a huge chance of having been completely sold out by now with no customer service stock. Assuming that they are not lying like they normally do and someone does call me in about a week, I am very doubtful that they would have a figure to send me.

    If no one contacts me or if I don't get Cobra Khan, I will be forcing them to cancel the sub as they themselves have breached the contract of 'Every figure is guaranteed'.

    I asked Matty to send me the figure they owe me but instead they send me this bull***t reply!

    Shopper Comments: I have randomly received a refund email for order
    10319482100. I called Customer Support and they informed me that the
    figure was returned to them.

    I never returned the figure, it never reached me. The shipping address
    is correct so it appears that it never actually made it before it was
    returned.

    As a subscription holder, I wish to have the Cobra Khan figure sent to
    me as the agreement was that I was guaranteed every figure for the 2012
    MOTUC subscription.

    Any assistance to resolve this issue would be appreciated.

    You're lucky you even got a reply that knew what you were asking! This is the reply i got when i first enquired about mine and Tetsuwan's 'returned' She-Ra & Swiftwinds:

    To download your program, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to http://www.mattycollector.com/store/...nformationPage

    2. Enter your order number and password* into the "Quick Order
    Lookup" field:
    Order Number: 12104867423

    *If you do not know your password, it can be retrieved at http://www.mattycollector.com/store/...otPasswordPage.


    3. Click FIND

    4. Click the "Download" button and select the option to "Save".
    (NOTE: If clicking the download button does not work, try right clicking
    on the button and choosing the option to ?save target as?)

    5. You will be prompted to choose a location to save the downloaded
    file. We recommend placing the file on your Desktop.

    You may reinitiate your download as many times as necessary in order to
    obtain a complete download.

    Nothing, as the most recent order I placed is using the same address I have always used. It's a screw up that is hopefully isolated to this sub figure.

    It seems that Kobra Khan package never actually made it to Australia and for whatever reason, they marked it as 'returned' and never bothered to check with me if I wanted a refund or for the figure to be sent out again. It seems that they have a retarded policy that any figure that comes back to them is a 'returned' figure as in defective and needing a refund without taking into consideration that something may have gone wrong along the way specially since the figure seems to stop at up to 5 different countries before making it to Australia.

    They are just morons and hopefully they'll fix it up but I don't think it affects any other order. My biggest fear at this point is that they no longer have any CS stock of Kobra Khan and I have missed out on it and on top of that, broken their deal on 'Every subscriber is guaranteed every sub figure for the year'.

    It seems that if you have a sub, you expose yourself to more problems as I never had this many issues when I was just buying at Day of Sale.

    My own self reason told me not to buy a sub but the lure of Shadow Weaver was too great and now I am paying the price - Literally as I have already lost $10 on this.

    Surprisingly quick for Matty shipping, about 3 weeks! Since the sub is here, the day of sales shouldn't be too far away.
