    Smile Greetings!

    I'm a guy from across the Pacific. Found this place completely by accident, and for unrelated reasons. Now that I'm here I've decided to stick around for a bit. You all are a bit more organized than similar sites from my side of the ocean. Without going into unnecessary detail, I'm an academic and entertainer who deals in the fandom world a lot. One of the things my group has been working on recently is coverage of the evolution of the Transformers franchise toy development, and I get the impression I can gain some interesting insight by lurking about here.

    Maybe see some of you around.
