BM Mega Cheetor. Can't stand in robot mode, looks bad in both modes, doesn't look like a cheetah anyway, and the weapon is terrible. Even on special I felt like I'd been ripped off.
(I agree with TinyJazz, Blazemaster/Evac is a decent toy)

I'd have to say Robot Masters Prime. I quite like him but he wasn't worth what I paid.
Other than that I'd have to say Henkei Dinobot. Awesome in theory, just didn't live up to expectations.

Did they ever explain why they changed their direction mid development of the figure?

The only Transformer I've ever been disappointed by was Skyburst...
the "Commander" of the Powercore Combiner Aerialbot team.
Seriously...he's like the only Transformer I own that I don't like...
but in saying that...I did give away Blazemaster and my voyager
Ironhide...but...for all round disappointment...Skyburst wins.

When I think Dinobot I think powerful martial warrior. This guy is proportioned like a quasimodo and while he has decent articulation and perfect colours he doesn't quite pull off any nice poses. Generally I can tolerate this on other toys because i'm after their alt mode (cool car/jet/etc) but with Dinobot I was after the robot warrior. Also his sword looks ridiculousLINT: why is henkie dinobot bad? im sure mine isnt like the rest!
Velociraptor mode is great. But it wasn't what I bought this toy for.
