A couple of questions:

What is the little energon cube he is feeding Laserbeak?

Are they the standard energon cubes or third party? Even allowing for the flash they look really shiny.

What is the little Soundwave he is playing with from?

Everything is legit. The Energon Cubes come from the TFC Insecticons reissue set and eHobby exclusive Insecticon Clones (essentially reissue of Insecticons in their original Diaclone colours) They're just clear soft plastic pink cubes that light pipe really well. The little Soundwave is Smallest Soundwave, who comes with the world's smallest Transformer -- Smallest Ravage. I also took a pic of MP Prowl doing something similar here.
