Ummm...Where is Devastator?

So, It's been a couple of months since the toys and the movie have been released. Where is Devastator? Has he/it/them been deemed too expensive?
I'm noticing a worrying trend of Hasbro items not making it to Australia, as we never saw TF Animated Shockwave or Wreck-Gar or Universe Ratchet and Hotshot. Doe anyone in the know have any clue what's going on?

Hasbro's initial plan was to have him out in Nov to coincide with the DVD release of ROTF. But who knows if that is still the plan.

He is here and there but that was the purple version
The normal one from the same wave as Skywarp wasn't release here
