Yeah I'm not happy with how long they take to process purchases I had to contact them to update my purchase status. I mean who puts on a weekend promotion before a public holiday and also neglects to reflect this in the confirmation email?

"Oh hey, thanks for your business btw it's going to be 2-3 weeks instead of 2-3 days before you get your order because of horse race."
