    Default Q-Transformer capsule figurines

The Q-Transformers line continues to roll on after a big relaunch in January (and teases about something Beast Wars themed coming in May), giving us some non-transforming figurines that would be sold in those capsule dispensing machines.
There are five figurines - Movie Optimus, Movie Bumblebee, Movie Lockdown, Jazz/Meister, and Arcee.
The release date is said to be June, for 300yen each(about AU$4), by TakaraTomy ARTS (the same division that did the recent decoy/eraser figurines).

The size is said to be about the same as regular Q-Transformers, but are sculpted to be more cartoon accurate, and have 5 points of articulation (neck, shoulders, elbows).

If they are planning to do some Beast Wars characters as Q-Transformers, I would hope that they get done as figurines, as I doubt the transforming versions would be able to have too many beast parts (other than their robot head) if they transform into cars.

Looks like I'll be keeping an eye out for these little guys too!

    I'm a sucker for the Q Transformers.

The mall I work in has a Takara Tomy capsule vending machine, wish it had Transformers in it.
I have a list of all G1 characters that have been released in CHUG form. You can find it here. Please feel free to let me know if I got anything wrong so I can fix it.

These must be popular, or very limited... HLJ has already sold out their pre-order within a week of listing it, and they don't get released until June 30th.

Ah bugger. Totally late to the game on these. Might have to stake out the page and see if they have more allocation from time to time.
