    New/remould/redeco - New

    Approximate Size -
    Allegiance - Maximal

To me a very average basic figure similar to nightglider, terrorsaur, optimus primal and other basic flying types. Bot mode is weird as i dont know which arms to use or does he have 2 sets of arms? His robot arms dont look normal because of their positioning on the body. rather inwards close to the body and not where the shoulders would be. He looks like the other tm2s and i like the look of him but looks a bit too weird for some. Im confused by his arms are they the goldens ones or the wing arms? I will never know One of the more weaker tm2 basics. Transformations can be tricky with the back opening in half and sliding the legs through.

    BW Sonar is purportedly female.

I like the look of the figure with it's Asymmetricality and as a Bat, it's a win - What isn't though is it's poor execution in engineering but this lends itself, in part, to the fact that it is a Basic figure but as Autocon describes it's just a little bit of a letdown on an otherwise cool looking figure.

Engineering wise this toy is disappointing. I dunno why, but I just have a soft spot for this guy... or girl. Whatever... I like Sonar! But s/he may not be everyone's cup of crude.
