Contact them first - ask for a refund. And if they don't respond then consider opening a credit card dispute.

Correction. It ended up only being the Wave 3 Terrorcons, and they've arrived, so I'm relieved.
I think my faith is now restored. I think Hasbro's worldwide distribution for Wave 3 has been a nightmare that's affected all retailers.
Unfortunately, the Premium Collectables debacle has put a bit of fear and paranoia in many of us.
