Looks like TTM pre-soldout, as they don't have their cart/purchase tab on the listing.
I was wanting one too, so might have to resort to ebay, or asian online stores.

Ohmyprimus also still have it listed for pre-order, but have their ETA being February... which would never have been right, as the toy was always expected in March.

TakaraTomy have posted up two mini-comics for the Big Powered set (since there are three toys, maybe a third mini-comic is packed with the toys),

Looks like I guessed correctly, the third part of the mini-comic is packed in with the toys, and scans can be seen here, along with their bio-cards.
