And from Entertainment Weekly website (noted in the first post above), are the added four Deluxe toys (Cogman, Hot Rod, Megatron, Skullitron), with MAJOR SPOILERS...

    YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Here we have Cogman, who in the Michael Bay film is the human-sized mechanism who serves as a kind of butler/bounty hunter for Anthony Hopkins, an astronomer and historian who possesses knowledge of the Transformers that dates back to medieval times and the era of King Arthur.
“For those who know what Headmasters are, he’s a headmaster,” Hasbro CEO Brian Goldner tells EW. “Those are robots who become the control mechanism, taking over another robot’s sentience.”
When he’s not serving Sir Edmund Burton in humanoid-form, Cogman’s vehicle mode is an Aston Martin, switching from robot to car in 16 steps.
    -
Another ally of Hopkins’ character is Hot Rod, an update (and upgrade) on the robot from 1986’s animated Transformers movie. This time, he’s the covert protector of Viviane Wembly (Laura Haddock.) Something embedded within her is key to saving the world this time.
“He’s got an important role in the movie and he’s also got a funny way because he really likes the role of a foreign, debonair style,” Goldner says. Expect a cosmopolitan demeanor and European accent (most likely French) from the character – although this toy doesn’t do any talking.
While Hot Rod takes on a few different forms in the movie, the vehicle mode for this toy is a Lamborghini Centenario, which it switches to in 14 steps.
    -
Behold Megatron, longtime foe of both the Autobots and humanity. You’ve seen him before, but he’s ‘roided out in The Last Knight.
The robot mode of the villain has his familiar snarl, along with a type of medieval helmet framing the face. But the toy is much more colorful and sleek than the mechanical mountain in the film.
The vehicle mode for this toy is a stealth bomber. “People love that idea of the reveal,” Goldner says of the film. “Who are they and how are they going around in broad daylight without being discovered?”
    -
Finally, meet Skullitron – whose name says it all. There hasn’t been a clean still of him released yet, but he appears to be one of the brawlers surrounding Optimus Prime in this scene from the trailer.
Skullitron is a new character, and his bashed-in face is proof he’s seen a share of violence over the years. He’s actually a knight whose presence on earth dates back more than a thousand years.
Skullitron doesn’t shapeshift into a car or aircraft – he takes the form of a mechanical beast. “Where do you think those dragons came from back in the middle ages?” Goldner says. “They didn’t just disappear. They were foreign visitors, perhaps.”
Plus, hot (rod) on the heels of the big reveal of all the different Hot Rod toys, Robotkingdom have released images of a Legion Hot Rod toy that RK is claiming to be for Walmart, in addition to the 2-pack Hot Rod Legion toy listed above for Walmart. (it could just be a regular release Hot Rod toy, but it does have the "Unite" logo on the pack, which could be the packaging callout for Walmart exclusives)

Nitro and Leader Dragonstorm look amazing. I may have to buy one when it comes out (usually wait to compare the later/better decos).

Oh my, that DLX Hot Rod looks pretty darn good. That's a buy for me.

Is that a heavy reworking of theAOE Deluxe Lockdown design? The legs and shoulders look similar, as well as the transformation scheme itself. Obviously there are major differences with where a lot of the car parts end up.

Or is this one of those CW Breakdown/TR Chromedome moments?

Nice observation. I think the chest on Hot Rod is faux car parts so that part of the transformation hasn't changed. In fact it looks like the only part of the transformation that has changed is the wheels from Lockdown's hips are on Hot Rod's arm. They have taken an Aventador and turned it into a Centinario.

Was going to give the entire movie line a miss, but Hot Rod and Cogman look awesome. That said the paint apps will be make or break; I can envision a lot of average looking grey plastic.
