it also depends where you order it from ..... the Asian site tend to get them first before all the others ....

My first starwars figure ... he not bad ... but no instruction came with him so I had to look at SS website to see where everything goes ... don't really like the pic on the stand as well..and his right leg is just slightly longer then his left??... . but he looks great

I don't really know hey...you can try their facebook page ,...
And for custom heads ....there heaps of them on ebay .... with selene I order her outfit from another company ...kumik for the figure but the outfit wasn't good so I order the outfit from phicen
